We love bringing the excitement of sports-card collecting to the community through live breaks. Please take a moment to read the information below before purchasing any break spot.
By purchasing a break spot from Hoop Queens Collective, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and policies outlined below, as well as any additional terms listed on the specific break's product page.
🔥 HOW OUR BREAKS WORK
A sports-card break is an event where sealed trading-card products are opened live and the cards are distributed to participants according to the break format.
Break formats may include:
- Pick Your Team (PYT) — Choose the team you want to receive.
- Random Team — Teams are randomly assigned to participants.
- Random Player — Players are randomly assigned to participants.
- Division Breaks — Participants receive cards belonging to teams within their selected division.
- Randomized/Other Formats — Occasionally, we may offer other break formats.
The specific format, products being opened, number of boxes/cases, participating teams, and any special rules will always be listed on the individual break product page.

Whenever possible, the scheduled date and time of the break will be provided on the individual product listing.
If you are unable to watch live, don't worry! Breaks may remain available on the channel afterward so you can watch the action at your convenience.
🃏 WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Your purchase gives you the rights to the cards associated with your selected spot according to the specific break format.
Unless otherwise stated on the individual break listing:
- You will receive all eligible cards pulled for your assigned team/player/division/etc.
- Cards belonging to other participants' spots are not included.
- Base cards, inserts, parallels, numbered cards, autographs, memorabilia cards, and other cards are distributed according to the break format.
- A specific player, card, parallel, autograph, memorabilia card, or other hit is never guaranteed unless specifically stated in the listing.
⚠️ NO-HIT / NO-CARD POLICY
Purchasing a break spot does not guarantee that you will receive a card or a particular type of hit.
Depending on the product and break format, it is possible for a team, player, or other assigned spot to receive:
- No cards
- Only base cards
- No autograph or memorabilia cards
- No numbered cards
- No major "hit"
Any no-hit compensation or special policy that applies to a particular break will be clearly stated on that break's individual product page.
🎯 CHECKLISTS & TEAM ASSIGNMENTS
Card manufacturers' checklists and team affiliations are used to determine which team receives a card.
Team assignments may occasionally be determined by the manufacturer's official checklist or other established industry conventions.
For cards featuring:
- Multiple players
- Multiple teams
- Retired players
- College/university uniforms
- International teams
- Dual/team cards
- Players who have changed teams
- Cards with unusual or unclear team affiliations
Hoop Queens Collective will use the applicable product checklist and/or a reasonable industry-standard method to determine the appropriate recipient.
Specific rules for unusual cards may be listed on the individual break page.
🎲 RANDOMIZATIONS
Some breaks may require randomization to determine team assignments, card ownership, or other outcomes.
When a randomization is required, Hoop Queens Collective will use a randomized process and will communicate the results as part of the break.
Any randomization rules specific to an individual break will be explained on that break's product page.
📦 SHIPPING
Cards are carefully sorted, packaged, and shipped following the completion of the break.
We make every effort to package cards appropriately based on their type and value.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on the size of the break and the number of orders being processed. Please allow reasonable processing time after the break for cards to be sorted, packaged, and shipped.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
📍 SHIPPING ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
Please verify your shipping information before completing your purchase.
If you need to update your address after purchasing, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate address changes before an order is processed or shipped, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
📦 LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the applicable shipping carrier.
If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, Hoop Queens Collective will work with the customer and/or shipping carrier as appropriate and in accordance with the carrier's policies.
For high-value cards or shipments, additional insurance may be available when applicable.
🛒 PURCHASES & CANCELLATIONS
Please carefully review the individual break listing before completing your purchase.
Because break spots are reserved specifically for customers and products are purchased/opened based on participation, please only purchase a spot if you understand and agree to the break format and applicable terms.
Any cancellation, refund, or order adjustment will be handled according to the applicable policies of Hoop Queens Collective and the payment platform used for the purchase.
Specific cancellation or refund terms may vary by break and will be stated on the individual product page when applicable.
🔴 BREAK INTERRUPTIONS & UNEXPECTED ISSUES
While we do everything possible to conduct breaks as scheduled, circumstances outside our control may occasionally require a delay or change.
This could include:
- Shipping delays
- Product release delays
- Manufacturer issues
- Technical difficulties
- Internet or streaming problems
- Severe weather
- Unexpected personal or business circumstances
- Product shortages or fulfillment issues
If a break needs to be postponed, we will communicate the updated information as soon as reasonably possible.
If technical difficulties interrupt a live break, we will make every reasonable effort to resume and/or complete the break and provide appropriate updates.
🔍 PRODUCT & HIT EXPECTATIONS
Please remember that sports-card breaks involve the same randomness as opening sealed product yourself.
Purchasing a team or other break spot does not mean you are purchasing a specific card.
You may receive an incredible hit—or you may receive only a few base cards. That's part of the excitement and risk of opening sealed trading-card products.
There are no guaranteed hits unless a guarantee is specifically stated by the manufacturer or in the individual break listing.
